Monique Jagt (1975) was born in Rilland-Bath, Zeeland. She spent most of her youth in Lichtenvoorde. After finishing secondary school, she followed a secretarial training in Doetinchem. Since 1995, she worked as a secretary for several companies and organisations. In 2001, she decided to take a break and travelled and worked for one year in Australia and New Zealand.

When she returned in 2002, she picked up her career as a secretary. February 2007, started working for Agriterra. First as secretary of the projects department. Since April 2011 she is secretary for the team Sgrass-roots entrepreneurship. She basically takes care of drawing up contracts (for missions and projects), booking flight tickets as well as giving overall support to the team.
