Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) can be seen as a means for Agriterra to become an organisation that is transparent, accountable and learning. The M&E-system allows Agriterra to monitor and evaluate results: with the analysis and reports in terms of expected and reached results we justify our activities towards our back donors and our clients, and by comparing and analysing the results we lears also from this analysis.
Agriterra has developed a coherent Monitoring and evaluation system that allows for both organisational learning and acountability. In this project focus is in the execution of the M&E system.

The main instrument for reporting to stakeholders and back donors is the monitoring protocol. Sources for reporting and informing on results are Agro-Info.Net (reporting on project level and reached targets on work area level), and the profiling of organisations.
