Small scale milk in Bolivia

The project owner is CONAPLE, the umbrella organization of small scale milk producers in Bolivia and ELENA the national milk enterprise constituted by six milk processing enterprises, members of CONAPLE.

The project has three main objectives: to strengthen ELENA in its negotiation with the Bolivian government, to give opportunities for development of the small scale milk producers’ members of CONAPLE, and to increase the milk consumption at national level.

The project will have a duration of 12 months.
