Nellie van der Pasch (1960) was born in Sint-Oedenrode and raised on a farm. After High School she studied Tropical Agriculture at the Iternational Agrarian School in Larenstein and obtained her teaching grade at the High Agrarian School in Den Bosch. After her studies she lived for 15 years in South Asia (Nepal, Pakistan and Bhutan) where she tried to improve the position of rural people (especially women) through education, research, training and credit facilities. In 1998 she returned to the Netherlands and followed a Master Class Human Resource Management and Organisational development at the Manchester University in England. After having worked for a consultancy bureau as organisation consultant, she started working for ICCO as a liaison officer for South Asia. In the 7 years that she worked for ICCO, she also was charged with the organisational and instutional development of ICCO. In March 2008 Nellie started working at Agriterra as head of the advisory department and is also in charge of the contacts with several Dutch organisations, such as LTO, NCR, Agri-ProFocus, SNV and PSO.Phone number: +31267505153
