Shirley Mendoza

In 2009, Shirley Mendoza sstarted her development work journey at a Non Government Organization, handled the position of MRN Assistant before being selected for Databank-Officer post.

Upon progression, she handled various positions that require financial and non-financial tasks. Her former/recent assignment was in the Capacity Building Projects in a development financing institution; responsible in providing timely and accurate technical and administrative support for the social enterprise and capability building of assisted organization and leaders.

Over the past twelve years of exposure and experience in the development sector, she have built relationships within the circle of cooperative movements, business finances, Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) and she greatly value the skills she learned.

Without a doubt, it was her hard work, patience and desire to excel that got her off to a great start at Agriterra Philippines. It was her vision and courage that led her here. It is the passion to serve, learn and share her expertise that made her decide to join Agriterra.
