Amina Ndifi

Amina Ndifi is working as Senior Analyst Compliance at Agriterra’s headquarter in Arnhem. She is a qualified judge from Germany and holds a Master of Laws degree in International Law and Politics from the Free University Amsterdam.

Amina started her career in more traditional legal positions, before she entered the field of international development cooperation and started working as legal advisor for the German Development Cooperation Agency (GIZ), first in Germany and then in Ghana where she was contributing to the land administration reform programme.

Amina’s ambition has always been to working in an international setting and to contributing to a just world in which everyone can live in freedom and prosperity. She therefore continued her career at the private company ICON Institute Consulting Group which is operating in development cooperation. Amina was in charge of management of legal reform projects and for donor compliance. Significant and much enjoyed part of her job was cooperating with a variety of different national and international stakeholders, e.g. donors, beneficiary institutions, project partners or external experts.

She then moved to South Africa with her partner who was working at the Dutch Embassy and spent four years in this fascinating country before she returned to the Netherlands together with her family. 

Before joining Agriterra Amina has been working for the Dutch organization PAX and was mainly responsible for donor compliance for a variety of donor funded projects and contributed to improving internal processes and policies to reduce organizational risks. 

Amina likes travelling, running and playing tennis. She is fluent in German, English, Dutch and has a good command of French.
