Raymond Lyimo

Raymond Lyimo is originating from a family of coffee farmers in the Kilimanjaro region in Tanzania. After finishing his Bachelor degree in Law (L.L.b.), Raymond has worked as a teacher in school, research intern and consultant for the Coalition for an effective African Court on Human and Peoples’ rights. He subsequently applied his research skills focusing on smallholder farmers for i.a. Trias, AgriProFocus and SNV, as enumerator (data collection and data entry) and value chain surveyor.

Recently, Raymond has also performed enumeration work on youth evolvement in agriculture (Agriterra/APF) and performed a dual internship with a Dutch counterpart for Agriterra. Raymond has also attended the My Coop training held in Kigali Rwanda. He has been Agriterra intern and consultant since 2016. Raymond joined Agriterra as business advisor as from 1st of January 2019.
