Addis Wijkamp - Russell
Addis Wijkamp-Russell Soriano (Chitré, Panama, 1973). Addis studied in Law and Political Sciences (1998) at Universidad Latinoamerica de Ciencias y Tecnología (ULACIT) in Panama City. Also, in this university she studies a Post grade in Commercial Law and a Master in Business Law (2001).
As far as its labor experience, this one initiates with the professional practice (1997), made in the Legal Department of the Civil Registry of the Electoral Court. There when finalizing the professional practice received a supply of work in this organization, toiling by until August of 1999. Parallel to her Post grade and Master studies, she worked for different clients in Panama City as legal counsel and attorney. When finalised her studies post degree studies, she decided to install her own office and since then she worked for several companies, cooperatives and also for private clients. Additional to this, she was municipal judge ad interim and professor at Universidad Latina de Panamá, extension of Chitré (2001-2004) dictating the chairs of Banking Law, History of Law, and Commercial Law.
She lives in The Netherlands since 2005. She made the Habituation Course (Inburgeringcursus) at Graafschap College in Doetinchem. In order to improve her knowledge in the Dutch language she went to the Radboud University in Nijmegen (2007). She successfully managed to pass the examinations of Dutch Language as a Second Language (NT2) of Programs I and II. She worked in Retourtax (Doetinchem) as official of taxes and in OrganonBiosciences (Oss) as assistant of financial administration.
Addis has been working for Agriterra from 11 May 2009 as projects officer with as main focus the Spanish-speaking mission contracts.
Since 1 July 2015 she is client information analyst.
