Strengthening of LENAFU towards a sustainable and member oriented service organization

FAO has mandated Agriterra to support LENAFU with a view to strengthen its (financial) sustainibility and its membership base. Agriterra has proposed a one year advisory trajectory based on organizational assessment, strategic planning, business planning, financial management, FACT (member consultation), communication training, HR assessment, value chain development and rural entrepreneurship (ERI/CORE).
