Business plan development leading to external funding

The Ai Nghia rice cooperation cooperative is a large cooperative of 1952 farmers working on 332 ha in their community, and another 100 ha in neighbouring communities. The management is sound, very well connected to the authorities, there is a good financial basis and a solid financial monitoring structure, geographically well positioned and interesting ideas about future growth of the income and longterm growth of various activities of the cooperative. Based on the findings, Agriterra has presented an overview of the activities to be carried out in 2016 and suggestions for a potential action plan in 2016. After consultation with the management of Ai Nghia, the following action plan was decided upon for 2016 and 2017:
