Justus Twebaze

Justus Twebaze has 17 years’ working experience. The first 8 years of his career he worked in the private sector for profit organisations before moving on to consult for NGOs for the last 9 years. He began his career working for Crown Beverages and also worked for Maersk shipping and East African Breweries in business development, sales and marketing functions.

 

Justus also has been consulting for NGOs such as SNV, SOLIDARIDAD, and OXFAM NOVIB. Most especially in business incubation, diagnosis and structuring, focusing mainly on small and medium enterprises. He has implemented youth led models based on market situations that have been replicable to different youth groups. Justus has also worked with the private sector to tailor make bankable products and services that enhance farmer participation and investments.

 

Justus holds an MBA from Uganda Management Institute (UMI), A Bachelor of Commerce degree from Makerere University and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchases and Supplies (UK). He has a passion for youth development programs and also believes that organised farmers under cooperatives is a key to poverty alleviation in emerging countries.
