Strong cooperatives are built on the commitment and active participation of their members. This training category focuses on empowering women and youth, while also strengthening the bond between cooperatives and their members. The aim is to create inclusive organisations where everyone feels represented, valued, and motivated to contribute to long-term success.
Female leadership
This module is designed to empower women within cooperatives by providing them with the tools and confidence to take on leadership roles.
