One of the 2025 goals of Agriterra is to train 9,000 women.

Agriterra wants to strengthen the position of female members and leaders in farmer owned enterprises.
Therefore they have developed a female leadership trajectory in order to contribute closing the gender gap in agricultural cooperatives.

In order to bring awareness to the importance of women in the agricultural sector, Agriterra shares inspiring stories of strong-willed female (future) leaders in two magazines. The stories are collected from inspirational women that work in cooperatives and unions, which are clients of Agriterra.
