John Bosco Abaho

John Bosco Abaho is a Cooperative Advisor for Agriterra based in Uganda. He joined Agriterra in September 2022 to Support Financial Cooperatives (SACCOs) and comes with a rich experience in managing SACCOs. He holds an MBA (master’s in business administration) with project management option.

Prior to joining Agriterra John Bosco served as General manager for SACCOs and MFIs for a financial technology company and General Manager for Rukiga SACCO Ltd for more than 10 years. While at Rukiga SACCO, he implements quite a number of Agriterra-supported action plans and Agripool assignments.

He is passionate about digitalisation of financial services as a special vehicle of enhancing access to finance for ambitious farmers, especially smallholder farmers.
He spends his weekends with his family and loves swimming.
