Esther Kalanza was born and raised in Kenya. She is a dedicated Cooperative Advisor at Agriterra Kenya with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics. She joined Agriterra in 2019 as an Intern and has grown to be a Cooperative Advisor to support clients towards sustainable growth and success.

Esther has vast experience in providing invaluable insights and strategic guidance to our clients, helping them navigate challenges, develop effective business strategies, and maximize their social and economic impact. 

She is passionate about the cooperative values of self-help, self-responsibility, democracy, equality, equity, and is dedicated to empowering the farmers to thrive in an ever-changing business landscape.
