Jean Louis Siwako

Jean Louis Siwako (born in 1983 in a farming family in Lubero) works for Agriterra as a financial and administrative officer in DR-Congo, Goma. He is an accountant with a degree in finance and accounting.

Before he joined Agriterra, he had been working in finance and administration and logistics department for several organisations and societies. For example, he worked at Agro Action Allemande as an administrative assistant managing staff (payroll, tax reporting and recording accounting transactions).

In the year 2018, after a long experience with a business and services company (from 2011 as a financial and administrative officer), he joined Virunga Energies that provides energy in Goma and nearby villages as logistics agent. Within Virunga Energies, he managed a clear items’ codification into Sage Evolution ERP for inventory, reception, transfer and issue’s operations. 

He is thoughtful, attentive to others and always courteous. He enjoys learning every day from his colleagues and from his own experience.
