Workneh Fisseha Berhane

Workneh Fisseha recently joined Agriterra as a Regional PMEL Specialist for East Africa. Specialising in agricultural extension and development studies, he successfully supported the establishment of 15 seed multiplication and marketing cooperatives.

For the last 8 years, he has been working as a monitoring and evaluation advisor for projects focused on establishing and strengthening farmers’ cooperative organisations. He is experienced in designing the theory of change, developing KPIs, monitoring performances, and initiating corrective actions for better results and sustainability.
