Benoit Mutabazi is a Rwandan professional Agri-BDS provider, employed by Agriterra as Business Advisor in team Africa since January 2018. He joined Agriterra in November 2016; at that time he was hired as Business Advisor associated to Imbaraga farmers ‘organization in Rwanda. Benoit is trained, experienced and interested in general Agri-Business Development Services, more specifically in Agri-finance, value chain development and cooperative development.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from NIMS University (Nehru Institute of Management Studies) in India and a bachelor’s degree in Communication from ICK (Catholic Institute of Kabgayi) in Rwanda.
Before joining Agriterra, Benoit worked as a Cooperative Coach for farmers cooperatives at Spark - a Dutch NGO that develops higher education and entrepreneurship to empower young, ambitious people to lead their conflict affected societies into prosperity. Before this position he successively worked for CLECAM-EJOHEZA Ltd (Union of farmer Saving and Credit Cooperatives) in Rwanda as Loan Officer and Mentor in Microfinance.
Benoit is a self-motivated Business Advisor and Agribusiness Entrepreneur who strives to become a re-known reference professional in the area of Agri-Business Development Services.
