Dita Beshada

Dita Beshada is an experienced Agriculturalist with more than 10 years of work experience in the areas of cereal and pulse agronomist, Malt barley value chain, Agribusiness development, Value chain development and private sector development.

Currently, Dita is serving at the Agriterra Ethiopia team as Cooperative Advisor. Previously, he served at European Cooperative for Rural Development (EUCORD Ethiopia) in a pulse Project Agronomist and Pulse value chain development and market linkage. Dita also served at Asella Malt Factory in the position of Agronomist, before all, he worked at Dashen Brewery Share Company in the position of Zonal Agricultural Extension Officer and also he worked at Fair and Sustainable Ethiopia in the position of Sustainable land Management Expert.

Dita holds MSc degree in the discipline of Agronomy from Arsi University, Ethiopia and BSc degree in Plant Science from Haramaya University, Ethiopia.

Though from his experiences, he can properly manage his time and organisation resource, he is passionate about exploiting farmers’ perceptions, coaching them to make scientific and solving the challenges of cooperatives for a sustainable growth and improve the income of each farmer at the grassroots level.
