Laura Polo studied Food and Business in Nijmegen and started her Master Development and Rural Innovation in Wageningen. She did her thesis for Agriterra in Rwanda, researching market access for coffee cooperatives in the Great Lakes Region. Over the years she has worked with several actors in the coffee and cocoa value chain and travelled in Africa and Asia.
A few years after her internship she returned to Agriterra to work on the Technical Assistance Facility. Her main focus is to communicate the work and results of the TAF.
