Richard Mooij

Richard Mooij is an IT Business Analyst at Agriterra. After having worked for several years in the (collective) retirement industry, he realised that his interests lied in the field of ICT. He therefore studied and received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics and then received some specialised training. This led to a change in his functions from administrative to more IT-oriented positions, such as functional administrator/designer and test analyst, which he held at major insurance companies in the Netherlands.

On July 1, 2015 Richard joined Agriterra and immediately started developing Agro‑Info.net further, and undertook other projects as well. He likes helping his colleagues here by translating their wishes into concrete implementation.

Richard sees his work at Agriterra as a challenge both due to its international character and to the role that ICT can play in keeping everyone informed around the globe.
