Theophile Hategekimana is a Cooperative Advisor in Rwanda. He completed a master’s degree in development studies from Hankuk University (Seoul/South Korea) and the bachelor’s degree from National University of Rwanda in social sciences.
From 2010 to 2023, his work experience was dedicated to entrepreneurship and business advisory. He served within Rwanda Cooperative Agency (RCA) as a savings and credit cooperatives promotion officer (SACCO) where he played a key role in training, supervision, and coaching of the then newly created financial structures across the country. He designed different training modules and conducted training sessions in the area of entrepreneurship and business advisory within Rwanda Institute of Cooperative, Entrepreneurship and Microfinance (RICEM), partners in Health, MINECOFIN, and many more.
