Le Thi Thu Hien

Le Thi Thu Hien (1974) studied accounting and auditing in the National Economics University of Hanoi, Vietnam. She became member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK (a global body for professional accountants) since 2006. Hien worked as a senior auditor in a Australian audit company in Hanoi before becoming a financial and program manager in the Nethetherlands Leprosy Relief Mekong regional office. Hien specialised on partnership development, financial management training and monitoring of NLR partner organizations in Mekong region.

After a training to become a local trainer of financial management for Agriterra partner organizations in Vietnam, Hien decided to join Agriterra Vietnam team. Hien strongly believes that her work experience and dedication will contribute to the establishment of healthy and effective partnerships between Agriterra and the farmer led organizations in Vietnam.
