Nelly Tanyai

Nelly Tanyai holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a major in Finance and Banking. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA (K)). Prior to joining Agriterra, she was working with the African Association of Agricultural Economist as a Finance Officer in charge of the finance department. She joins Agriterra with vast experience in, budgeting, monitoring the budget, donor reporting, financial reporting, procurement, cost accounting, database management, payroll, financial management, project administration, and contract management.

Nelly also has experience in conference and events management. In 2010, she worked with a micro-finance institution where their major role was to empower borrowers by helping them build a business which could create income and grow.
She is excited to join the Agriterra team in Kenya. She believes that this is a great opportunity to learn and grow her career.
